大型船舶用为了加工轴管及铸造舵，吊舵支架，为使孔里面呈直线形状的精密优化加工的移动式装备。

大型夹具可移动制约，夹具机器设置不可能的加工物，加工物里面有孔的加工移动式装备

根据安装的转速进行控制，镗圆柱形孔用装置和尾管结合，加工大小可以调节，根据进刀装置可以调节移送速度。还有镗床车端面刀架及平面切削用装置，安装孔中心轴可以垂直自动加工，组装部平面加工很有效。

1. This machine(PLC system) features portable equipment in order to machine the straight shape of inner hole for the Stern Tube, Rudder Casting, Rudder Horn of large vessels precisely and effectively.

2. This portable equipment is suitable for machining the inner hole of the workpiece where workpiece is limited to move, or installation of machining tools is unavailable.

3. Control of non-gear rotating speed is available by installed Inverter.

Also, adjustment of size of straight shape machining is available by connecting Liner to the Straight Boring Head Unit or the Bite Holder Unit and adjustment of moving speed is available by Feeding Gear Unit.

In addition, it is very useful to machine the surface of Nut assembly through the automatic vertical machining against the center axis of hole with installing Facing Head Unit and Facing Attachment Unit
