为了组装大型船舶用的舵，孔里面加工成锥形状后是一种为了连接船舵轴键槽加工的专用机器。

大型夹具可制约移动，夹具机器设置不可能的加工物，里面的键槽适合加工移动式装备。

根据输入的程序可自动切削，精密比例安装自动及手动切削时可控制精密的数值。

还可用3轴方向移送，夹具精确的设置起来很容易。可以完成加工多样的键式模样

1. This equipment(CNC system) is only designed to machine the Key Way for connecting Rudder shaft after machining the taper shape of inner hole to assemble the Rudder of large vessels.

2. This portable equipment is suitable for machining the inner Key Way of the workpiece where workpiece is limited to move, or installation of machining tools is unavailable.

3. Automatic milling machining is available by CNC programming, and precise numerical control is also available by equipping precise Scale when it is needed to machine automatically & manually.

In addition, you can easily set the workpiece on this equipment, machine the various Key shape precisely through its transferring function toward 3 axis directions.
